WHITBURN COMMUNITY FRIDGE

Whitburn Community Development Trust's Community Fridge is up and running with food is available from their office premises on West Main Street.

The £3 donation per basket charge has been removed and it will now be £1 per to visit the Community Fridge.

They still have their surplus areas which will be on a donation basis.

To ensure that their project is sustainable, they are adding some chargeable sections to their layout.   These will have a small cost and will be colour coded to indicate the different costs.

Food will be available throughout our office opening hours, which are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 10am - 12 noon and Thursdays from 5pm - 7pm.
