Echo

Not having someone to talk to regularly about the challenges and frustrations of supporting someone can be lonely and isolating, particularly if you're not able to discuss and share with family and friends. A friendly, weekly, 30-minute chat on the phone can make all the difference; reducing the isolating effects of the illness, whilst empowering you to make a positive difference to your loved ones recovery.
