Over the intervening years, pupils and staff have worked hard to maintain the momentum created in the push to gain our Green Flag. Topics covered for Green Flag status included Biodiversity, School Grounds and Litter. Through covering these topics we have achieved a significant amount of change in and around the school leading to an improved environment for pupils, staff and the wider community.
Garden
Following major work in Summer 2023, We have started to get the garden area looking nice again by providing a home for nature with bee hotels and bird feeders, removing the weeds, growing our own plants including fruits and vegetables in the garden and greenhouse.
