iPayimpact user guide
West Lothian Council have released a Parent's Guide for making online school payments using iPayimpact.
The Parents Guide to Online Payments (PDF, 3 MB)(opens new window) contains a detailed description on how to log in and how to use iPayimpact. It also gives details on what to do if you encounter the 'time out' bug in the program.
